Turn Yourself In

Thursday, September 15th, 2011

I’m turning my self in to Obama’s snitch site, AbuseWatch.com.

What I posted there:

“Content of the attack or link:”

The truth. Plain and simple, the truth that Obama is an un-American traitor. Fortunately, he’s an incompetent traitor, the only thing that limits his damage.

It’s my own website, www.ricketyclick.com/blog, and I am proud to turn my self in. I consider it my patriotic duty to do so.

You cowardly bullies. Your arguments don’t work anymore, because your policies are failing, right and left. You’re left with falling back to the primary argument of progressives, socialists, and communists everywhere: “Shut Up”.
We won’t, though. We’ll never shut up.

What won’t we shut up about?

TSA. A direct frontal attack on the Fourth Amendment, offending and abusing American citizens with not a damn thing to show for itself but confiscated nail clippers and shampoo.

The War on Drugs, especially as personified by the DEA. Direct attack on the Fourth and Fifth amendments, with forays against the Second. The doctrine of “civil forfeiture” is especially vile. Shut it down, the whole shebang. Every single officer in the DEA should be arrested, tried, and jailed for treason and oath breaking.

The war on armed citizens. Direct, frontal attack on the Second Amendment. This very site bleats about “common sense gun control”, an ancient feeble wheeze belied by the thousands of onerous contradictory laws and regulations at every level of government, to say nothing of illegal actions by numerous law enforcement officers and other agents who abuse and arrest citizens exercising a basic human right. Common sense laws would not touch persons who have not been convicted of violent crimes. Personified by BATFX, another pack of oath-breaking traitors. Instantiated most recently in the murderous Gunwalker scandel.

And of course AttackWatch.com itself, trying to get Americans to inform on each other for the thought crime of speaking up about Obama.

“Let me be clear:” The above programs and agencies show the Federal government has gone rogue. Its agents no longer consider themselves bound by the Constitution or the law.

Cuts both ways, scum. If you don’t have to follow the law, neither do we.

Hey ho, you’ve got to go.

Truculent Sexual Assault

Thursday, September 8th, 2011

There are some things that simply must be posted far and wide, not to spread the news, necessarily, but as a show of support.

Amy Alkon, who writes the Advice Goddess blog, refused to go through the scanner. Good for her.

Because this annoyed Thedala Magee the Totally Stupid Agent working Alkon’s line, Magee groped Alkon, forcing the edge of her hand into Alkon’s labia four times.

Alkon accused Magee of rape, right there in line, loudly for the other passengers to hear.

Good for her.

Magee responded by suing Alkon for, basically, hurting her feelings.

Hey, Magee?

You are an oath breaker, a thug, a rapist. I look for the day when you and your fellow oath breaking thugs are hung at dawn as the traitors you are. “Domestic enemy,” you filth. That would be you. You are the reason we have a Second Amendment, and a Fourth, and a Fifth, and a first.

Here’s the legal response from Alkon’s lawyer, Marc Randazza, to Thugala Magee’s lawer, Vicki Roberts. It is a thing of vicious beauty, right down to the salutation: “Best regards”. I love that. “Best regards.”

We believe that Ms. Alkon was within her rights to act violently in self-defense. Instead, she defended herself with mere words. Her reaction to Ms. Magee’s crime is so tame on the scale of legally and morally justified responses that Ms. Magee should be thankful that words of protest are all she received. We must all “tolerate insulting, and even outrageous, speech in order to provide adequate ‘breathing space’ to the freedoms protected by the First Amendment.”
Snyder v. Phelps, ___ U.S. ___, 131 S. Ct. 1207, 1219 (2011), citing
Boos v. Barry, 485 U.S. 312, 322 (1988).

There is no competing requirement that we tolerate being sexually abused as retaliation for believing in the Fourth Amendment.

[My bold.]

Beautiful.

Obama Out of the Osama Loop

Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011

Out of all the Osama Is Dead muddle, this is what stands out to me:

What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him –and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound.

And this:

RE Osama Bin Laden. Significant push to take him out months ago. Senior WH staff resisted. This was cause of much strain between HC and Obama/Jarrett. HC and LP were in constant communication over matter – both attempted to convince administration to act. Administration feared failure and resulting negative impact on president. Intel disgusted over politics over national security. Staff resigned/left. Check timeline to corroborate.

via Billy Beck.
And the slimey little Chicago thug is going to ride to re-election on his decisive action to take out Osama? A decision he decisively decided immediately upon taking office, in contrast to his indecisive predecessor?

I love this picture, which is an official WH release:

Note The Big O pushed back into a corner, hunched over, all but gnawing his knuckles, clearly not in the command seat. He doesn’t even have a laptop. The only person less important than the President is the girl in the upper right craning to see around the men in front of her.

How the hell does his White House press staff not realize how deadly stuff like this is?

(Incidentally, that is a low res version of a very high res original. Many interesting details can be seen, although a few, like a photo lying in front of Clinton, are obscured.)

Also, this from Radly Balko:

because of the actions of one guy [Osama bin Laden], we allowed all the bullet points above to happen. That we managed to kill him a decade after the September 11 attacks is symbolically important, but hardly seems worth the celebrations we saw across the country last night. There was something unsettling about watching giddy crowds bounce around beach balls and climb telephone polls last night, as if they were in the lawn seats at a rock festival. Solemn and somber appreciation that an evil man is gone seemed like the more appropriate reaction.

Yes, bin Laden the man is dead. But he achieved all he set out to achieve, and a hell of a lot more. He forever changed who we are as a country, and for the worse. Mostly because we let him. That isn’t something a special ops team can fix.

Osama did not achieve all he set out to. He set out to put America under sharia law, or to destroy us. Destroying our liberty doesn’t count.

We’ve lost our liberty to the depredations of socialist wreckers like Obama and his party, and their weak sisters in the Republican party. Osama was merely the excuse they used to bring about the culmination of a long standing program.

Without the doctrines of political correctness, multiculturalism, and moral equivalency, we would have fought a serious war against our real enemies, instead of suffering the drawn out agonies of forcing our liberties on enemies that do not want them while depriving ourselves of those same liberties.

[Addendum:
dramatis personae in the photo from the WH flickr feed:

Seated, from left, are: Brigadier General Marshall B. “Brad” Webb, Assistant Commanding General, Joint Special Operations Command; Deputy National Security Advisor Denis McDonough; Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton; and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates. Standing, from left, are: Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; National Security Advisor Tom Donilon; Chief of Staff Bill Daley; Tony Binken, National Security Advisor to the Vice President; Audrey Tomason Director for Counterterrorism; John Brennan, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism; and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

This list leaves out several people, starting with the seated man on the far left.

Notably missing from the photo: Leon Panetta, director of the CIA.

Meanwhile, back at Eric Holder’s Department of Justice, the guys we’re supposed to trust to be able to protect us from the non-sectarian, completely random terrorists, acting purely in revenge of the evil performed by the capitalist United States, have this fine achievement to their names.

This was the guy whom Obama and Holder lined up as their test case to prove that, yes indeed, we can convict Gitmo jihadis using good old-fashioned civilian court procedures. All was well until last month, when the district court judge barred the feds’ blockbuster witness from testifying, even though he was prepared to tell the jury that he sold Ghailani the explosives used to destroy the U.S. embassy in Tanzania in 1998. The feds had only learned of the witness’s identity during enhanced interrogation of Ghailani, and since the interrogation was deemed illegal, evidence derived from it was inadmissible. Without that testimony, the case collapsed. And now, a month later, we have a full-blown fiasco on our hands.

He was the first Gitmo detainee they sent to civilian court. And thanks to today’s verdict, now he’ll probably be the last.

The DoJ is said to be “pleased” with this result.

Did you vote for the incompetent traitor that brought this about?

Understand: Obama’s TSA prosecutes a war against the American people that his DoJ cannot prosecute against our real enemies, and that he, as Commander in Chief, refuses to prosecute via our military.

Tolerating the Testicle Squeezing Agency acting against us, as we go about our legitimate business, while DoJ and DoD will not and cannot bring the fight to our enemies, guarantees that we will lose our security and our liberty.

Successful TSA Revolt

Tuesday, November 16th, 2010

Isaac Z. Schlueter took a copy of a letter from four doctors at the University of California-San Francisco describing their safety concerns about the backscatter xray machines into the airport search line. Hilarity ensued.

I started talking to the family behind me as soon as I got into the security line, a middle-aged couple with 2 adolescent boys and a girl about 4 or 5.

Turns out she’s a breast cancer survivor. And her doctor has told her to avoid x-rays, even at the dentist, unless absolutely medically necessary. And she didn’t realize that “millimeter wave digital backscatter detection” used x-rays, because the TSA doesn’t actually put that on the sign.

She did the rest.

When we got to the scanner, I opted out. Then they opted out. She’d already convinced the family behind them to do the same. Her response to the TSA agent was awesome, I wish I’d thought of it:

“Ma’am, please step over here.”

“No thanks, I’ve already had cancer, just feel me up or whatever.”

After the first 4 “OPT-OUT” calls, they just passed us all through the regular metal detector. No one got groped.

Information, properly delivered, is power.

I wonder how long it will be before distributing unapproved information in line will be cause for ejection and a $10,000 fine?
