Anita Dunn’s Favorite Philosopher

Sondra K. links to this video of Anita Dunn, Obama’s Communication Director, speaking to an audience of High School Kids. Yeah, yeah, Glenn Beck appears. Puke and get it over with, then watch Ms. Dunn moulding tomorrow’s citizens:

Mao Tse Tung, ladies and gentlemen. Seventy million dead, one of the oldest, richest cultures on Earth burned to the ground and replaced by gray concrete and black pajamas, the worst genocide in all history, and the architect of this chaos is the “favorite philosopher” of the woman who sits with the President of the United States and passes His Holy Words to you unwashed proletarian masses and your children.

Please do not insult my intelligence by trying to tell me that Obama does not sip from the cup of Communism.

If she had her way, Fox News would not broadcast this clip, casting in the light Beck shines on it. She does not want you to know what she tells your children.

[Update: Oh, how could have missed this connection? Added link at "Fox News" to their report and comment on Dunn saying:

What I think is fair to say about Fox -- and certainly it's the way we view it -- is that it really is more a wing of the Republican Party. They take their talking points, put them on the air; take their opposition research, put them on the air. And that's fine. But let's not pretend they're a news network the way CNN is.

That's right, because of course CNN, like Time, Newsweek, MSNBC, and the rest, are all but official arms of the White House, and no longer even try to investigate stories that might undermine Obama.

Freedom of the press is irrelevant when the Press considers itself an actual arm of the sitting government.

[Malone Vandam links from the New Paltz Journal, one of my daily reads. Thank you.]

[Really juicy commentary on the Fox/CNN admission over at NewsBusters, amongst many, many others.]

[update from Glenn Reynolds: "HEY, WHAT’S THE BIG DEAL? I quote Mao all the time. Mostly the bit about power and the barrel of a gun." [My link.] Mao, of course, implemented very strict gun control [PDF] immediately after seizing power. ]
